| Conditions for Refunds / Cancellation Policy | Cancellation Please note that cancellation fees will apply according to our cancellation policy. Payment is required based on the reservation of sessions or course enrollment at the time of booking. Rescheduling Seminars or Sessions If you need to cancel due to personal reasons after booking, please contact us at sunnyyou.yoga@gmail.com. Cancellation deadline: You can cancel up to 9:00 PM, two days before your scheduled session. Cancellation Policy As our studio operates with small classes and a limited number of participants, same-day cancellations or no-shows are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that you notify us at least two days in advance if you need to cancel. Cancellations made one day before the session will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the lesson fee (cash). Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the lesson fee (cash). |
