①レッスンのキャンセル方法
②キャンセルポリシー
③リクルートIDで入力の手間を省略出来る簡単予約

の3点について説明させて頂きます。

We would like to provide a quick guide covering the following three topics:

①How to cancel your lesson reservation
②Our cancellation policy
③Easy booking with a Recruit ID, which helps simplify the reservation process by reducing the need to re-enter your information.

1．キャンセル方法/How to Cancel

レッスンのキャンセル方法は下記手順に従って行うことが可能です。
You can cancel your lesson reservation by following the steps below:

1．ご予約完了メールを開き、そこに記載されている【予約内容紹介画面】のリンクをクリックする

Open your reservation confirmation email and click the link labeled “予約内容紹介画面/Reservation Details.”

2．リンクを押すと【予約番号】と【認証キー】の入力が求められるので、どちらもコピー＆ペーストして入れる。

You will be asked to enter your ”予約番号/Reservation Number” and “認証キー/Authentication Key”.
Please copy and paste both of them into the required fields.

3．キャンセル完了メールが届くので確認する。（5分以内には届きます）

Once the cancellation has been completed, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive.

2．キャンセルポリシー/Cancel Policy

キャンセル受付締切 2日前の23時までキャンセルが可能です。

※当スタジオは少人数＆定員制のスタジオとなりますので、当日のキャンセルや無断でのキャンセルは固くお断りしております。

※キャンセルされる場合は、2日前までに必ずご連絡ください。
※1日前のキャンセルは現金でレッスン費用の30％のキャンセル料を頂戴しております。
※当日のキャンセルは現金でレッスン費用の60％のキャンセル料を頂戴しております。

Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations can be made up until 11:00 PM, two days before your scheduled lesson.

Cancellation Policy

As our studio offers small-group classes with limited spaces, we kindly ask that you avoid same-day cancellations and no-shows.

• If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us no later than two days before the lesson.
• Cancellations made one day before the lesson will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the lesson fee, payable in cash.
• Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the lesson fee, payable in cash.

3.リクルートIDで簡単予約/Easy Booking with a Recruit ID

　　

リクルートIDとは、様々なオンラインサービスで共通につかえる便利な共通会員IDです。ホットペッパー、じゃらん、リクナビなどお使いになられている方であれば、既にIDをお持ちの場合があります。

What is a Recruit ID?
A Recruit ID is a convenient membership ID that can be used across various online services provided by Recruit. If you already use services such as Hot Pepper, Jalan, or Rikunabi, you may already have a Recruit ID.

2．そのIDを入力すれば、名前など情報を省いて自動で入力され、今後ワンクリックでご予約頂くことが可能です。

Once you log in with your Recruit ID, your personal information, such as your name and contact details, will be filled in automatically. This allows you to make future reservations without having to enter your information each time.
